This 1920's manor, located in the historic Barnard neighborhood of Rochester, demonstrates an uncompromising level of detail and craftsmanship. However, with passing decades, original plantings grew out of scale and were hiding the house.
The new landscape design employs geometric structure: sheared evergreen shrubbery, ornamentally pruned shrubs and stone lamp post (with light fixture replicating the original fixture over the front door) to create a dynamic and inviting presentation of this gracious residence.
